Know what a room is like, without walking to it
TEO Sense™ measures every room that matters, shows the whole building live, and makes sure somebody owns every drift.

Why it exists
Most buildings are run on complaints and clipboard rounds. The people responsible find out a room was too warm after someone has sat in it all afternoon, and a comms room that ran hot all weekend is found on Monday.
When a temperature is challenged, by a tenant, a union rep or an auditor, there is rarely a record to settle it. The building management system watches the plant, not the rooms people use, and rewiring an old building to change that costs more than anyone will approve.
TEO Sense exists to close that gap: a battery sensor in each room that matters, every reading kept, and an alert that reaches a named person while there is still time to act.
What we hold to
Evidence over dashboards.
A reading matters when it settles a question. Every reading is kept and dated, so it can.
Nothing to rewire.
Battery sensors and one gateway. A building is measured in days, without cables or downtime.
Your data stays yours, in the UK.
Held in London, exported or deleted when you ask, never sold or shared.
Every alert has an owner.
An alert goes to a named person, who acknowledges it. The record shows who did what and when.
How a site starts
1One area
Start with the rooms that cause the most trouble: a comms room, a floor of meeting rooms, a store.
2The whole building
Add sensors room by room. The mesh grows with them and the plan fills in.
3More sites
Each building on its own live plan, and every room in band or flagged, from one view.

Where it runs today
TEO Sense has run on a working site since September 2026, on wireless mesh sensors, with every reading held on Google Cloud in London.
